We felt it!

An earthquake hit about 30 minutes ago! Woke me out of bed. ONly about 2-3 seconds if that. Now I'm up expecting another to hit harder. Kinda exciting! No power outage or damage...good thing! I had to ask Trevis if he felt it to make sure I was not dreaming! There are like a million birds chirping outside...not sure if it means anything other than it just being morning! Googled earthquakes today and found this:

Since I am up....

Last day of work yesterday was busy but nice. Lots of well wishes, flowers, and hugs. Good way to end !

Felt great coming home to the girls and Trevis to a nice soak in the tub.

Today I am supposed to go on a long bike ride this morning-about 20 miles, then pick up a bunk bed for the girls. Not so sure about the ride...I just wasn't planning on being gone all morning, especially since Trevis had a particularly challenging day with the girls yesterday. He said it was fine, but the girls were bickering and whining alot. Looking forward to getting things organized for them!
